<p class="MsoNormal">Over the course of this term, we would like for you to take a SCRUM course. SCRUM if you are unaware of what it is, is one of the most popular Agile methodologies. It is an adaptive, iterative, fast, flexible, and effective methodology
designed to deliver significant value quickly and throughout a project. Scrum ensures transparency in communication and creates an environment of collective accountability and continuous progress. The Scrum framework, as defined in the SBOK® Guide, is structured
in such a way that it supports product and service development in all types of industries and in any type of project, irrespective of its complexity.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">We feel as though this course will be a great item to have in your skillset for future growth and that the fundamentals skills you will learn can be transferred into whichever career/job you end up doing and upon completion of the final
exam, the certificate would be a great item to include on your resume.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The courses run every two weeks from 9:00am – 2:00pm MST (11:00am – 4:00pm EST) and are instructor-led virtual training.<o:p></o:p></p>
