We are looking for driven students that want to take on a leadership role in UW's Anthropology Society. We currently need Anthropology majors to fill the following roles full-time starting next academic school year, however, we would like the chosen students to join the executive team now in order to get a good understanding of how the society and department work.<br>
<br></div><div>Positions are as follows:<br></div><div><br></div>Treasurer (should be in 2A term)<br></div>- put together budget and treasurer's report<br></div>- submit change request form/receipts to ASU after events<br>
</div>- keep an up to date record of the amount of available funds<br><br></div>Marketing and Communications Coordinator (should be in 2A):<br></div>- monitor society emails<br></div>- send out emails for events etc.<br></div>
-other forms of advertising (word of mouth, class visits, hallway powerpoints)<br></div>- meeting notes<br><br></div>1st/2nd year rep and 3rd/4th year rep<br></div>- communication with your year through class visits<br></div>
- You are the "go to person" within your class year for people to answer questions, get involved etc. <br><br><br></div>If you would like to join AnthSoc to be trained in any of the above roles, or would like to be part of AnthSoc in a supportive exec. role, please email us indicating your interest.Your AnthSoc exectutives are your link to the department.
