<div dir="ltr">Hello Everyone,<div><br></div><div>I have been asked to forward this message to all of you from Dr. Park. If you have received this notification already, I apologize, it seems like people were not informed so I am sending it on his behalf. If you are interested in the position please email Dr. Park. Read below</div><div><br></div><div>Cheers,</div><div><br></div><div>Anthsoc</div><div><br></div><div><span class="im" style="font-size:12.8000001907349px"><div style="font-size:12px">Anthropology Research Assistants needed for Winter Term</div><div style="font-size:12px"><br></div></span><div style="font-size:12px">I am in a position to hire two part-time undergraduate research assistants for seven weeks during this term. The work will involve various tasks with my archaeological collections and related data. I anticipate that the work will include sorting, inventorying and packing faunal bones and artifacts.</div><div style="font-size:12px"><br></div><div style="font-size:12px">No previous experience is required but if I get more than two applications I will give preference to students who can demonstrate the following:</div><div style="font-size:12px">• They have completed more than one course in archaeological Anthropology.</div><div style="font-size:12px">• They are in their 3A or 3B terms and are considering doing an Honours project next year, or are in their 4A or 4B terms and have already applied to grad school in some aspect of Anthropology</div><div style="font-size:12px"><br></div><div style="font-size:12px">The position will be for four hours per week for seven weeks, starting after Reading Week, preferably from Monday February 23 through Friday April 10. I will work out the assistant's hours with him/her so that they will fit with his/her class schedule, but it will then be mandatory to work the same consistent time slot(s) every week. The time slots will need to be scheduled within regular working hours. I believe that the salary will be $18.18 per hour plus 14% benefits, for a total of $20.73 per hour.</div><div style="font-size:12px"><br></div><div style="font-size:12px">Students interested in applying for one of these positions should email me and I will then provide them with a link to the online application.</div><div style="font-size:12px"><br></div><div style="font-size:12px">The due date for applications is Monday February 9.</div><div class="" style="font-size:12.8000001907349px"></div></div></div>
