a composer and organist. He has written an opera based on Mary Shelley’s “Frankenstein,” and his compositions have been performed by the </span><span style="font-family: Calibri; line-height: 18px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Elmer </span><span style="font-family: Calibri; line-height: 18px;"></span><span style="font-family: Calibri; line-height: 18px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Iseler</span><span style="font-family: Calibri; line-height: 18px;"> Singers, </span><span style="font-family: Calibri; line-height: 18px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Sinfonia</span><span style="font-family: Calibri; line-height: 18px;"> Toronto,
and the </span><span style="font-family: Calibri; line-height: 18px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Penderecki</span><span style="font-family: Calibri; line-height: 18px;"> Quartet. His work has been performed in Canada, the United States, and Europe.</span></div>

<div style="font-family: Calibri;">Andrew Ager’s new chamber opera “Führerbunker" is receiving its premiere at the Registry Theatre in Kitchener. Based on the personal accounts of eyewitnesses, the opera recounts the final ten days of Adolf Hitler’s life spent
in a bunker in central Berlin. This is thought to be the first opera depicting Hitler. The opera will be staged but in a style that emphasizes historical detail over emotional drama. The opera is in German (an English translation will be available) and will
last approximately one hour.</div>
