The top-scoring Arts students will then advance to the university-wide 3MT competition on March 23. The winner there receives a $1,000 prize ($500 for the runner-up) and the opportunity to compete at the 3MT provincial finals.</p>

Competitors can use one static slide and take three minutes to present the breadth and significance of their graduate research to a panel of judges.</p>
