<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Shanti Morell-Hart is Assistant Professor of Anthropology at McMaster University. Her research focuses on diverse ethnobotanical practices and transformations in ethnoecological dynamics over time. Her studies
in Mesoamerica incorporate macrobotanical and microbotanical residues from ceramic vessels, stone implements, human teeth, and sediments. Her current book project is titled Gastronomic Heritage: Stakes in Antiquity.<span style="color:#1F497D"><o:p></o:p></span></span></p>
