Head of State, Charles Taylor for war crimes and crimes against humanity. <o:p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-CA" style="color:#1F497D">This lecture should be of interest to anyone interested in international humanitarian law, human rights, and how peace can be restored following an armed conflict in which war crimes and crimes against
