I did a quick search of the interramp web-site and came up with the
following:
        Mary-Ann Carolan,
        VP Customer Administration and PSINet Staff
        mary-ann at interramp.com

and     service at mindspring.com
        (Mindspring are the new administrators of interramp)

I found it more comforting to have a name to complain to rather than
"postmaster at interramp.com" so I sent to all three...
