Diplome d'honneur

I have received the following information from the Canadian Conference of
the Arts:

Each year the CCA presents the Diplome d'honneur to a person who has
contributed outstanding service to the arts in Canada, chosen from
nominations submitted by CCA membership.  The deadline for this year's
nomination is March 1, 1998.  Include a personal statement detailing the
reasons for submitting the entry and a description of the nominee's
achievements in the cultural sector (1 or 2 typed pages).

The panel of judges consists of three members of the CCA Board of
Governors and will be chaired by Eddy Bayens, Music and Sound Recording
Rep of CCA.  Please send your nomination to:
