I'd just like to say thanks to Denis for that witty and accurate assessment/question of  Petitclerc's remarks.  Yes, the chasm continues to divide, but perhaps there are changes afoot... as the increasing (albeit slowly) number of translations of English Canadian plays into the Quebec market may be a part of.
