omission in HSSFC accommodations form

Hello All,

Important note:

the accommodations application form (for residences in Bishop's and
Sherbrooke) in the paper HSSFC Registration booklet for the up-coming
annual conferences contains an *omission*.  They forgot to ask you to
state your ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE dates.  So, don't forget to add in this
information with your accommodations application!!
