Dear friends:

Due to network congestion and long download times, I've decided to honor
the requests of many to put my Index on a diet. I've redone all of the
searches, this time limiting each document to 100 entries. I think this
will make your experience and navigation much more pleasant.

All things considered, this may be the wisest policy to adopt, at least
until such time that everyone has ADSL or Cable broadband access to the
Internet.
