My apologies Shemina.  To my knowledge, the above is inaccurate and needs
to be clarified.

Last night (Tues), at the union meeting, the TAs voted to take the
tentative settlement to the full membership for ratification.  The
membership-wide voting began last night (Tuesday) at the St George Campus
right after the union meeting and continues today, Wed 2 Feb. at all three
campuses.
