During the Congress of the Social Sciences and Humanities held at
Université Laval from May 23 - May 30, Wayne Kondro wrote a series of 8
Perspectives which were sent through the Federation's electronic lists.
However, we experienced some difficulties with the server during this
period.  In order to ensure that all 8 articles are available, we have now
