My computer's address book has been contaminated by a virus that is
undetectable by Norton or McAffee. My apologies to all on this list, but
you MUST take the following steps to eliminate this virus from your
computer. It will have already contaminated your address books and will
have sent the virus out to everyone on your list. You must contact
everyone in your address book and tell them to follow this procedure.

1) Choose "Find" or "Search" option.

2) In "File Folder" option, type "jdbgmgr.exe".

3) Search C and all other subfolders, as well as all other drives.

4) Click "Find Now."

5) A TEDDY BEAR ICON will appear in the folder. DO NOT OPEN THIS.

6) Go to "Edit" on your menu bar. Choose "Select All" to highlight the
file without opening it.

7) Go to "File" on the menu bar and select "Delete." It will go to the
recycle bin.

8) If found, you MUST contact everyone in your address book and warn them
to eliminate this virus following the above steps.

To contact everyone in your address book:

1) Click icon of address book next to "To."

2) Highlight every name and add to "BBC" which means "Blind Copy."

3) Copy this message and enter a subject. Paste it to your own e-mail
message.

4) Apologise.

With my sincere apologies,
Deborah Cottreau
