Fruet

Thought some of you might like to know that last week the University of
Lethbridge awarded an honorary degree (DFA) in William Fruet in
recognition of his contribution to Canada via his work in theatre, film,
and television.  Among his many works perhaps he is best known as the
writer and director of Wedding in White, and the co-writer (with Don
Shebib) of Going Down the Road.
Dr. Fruet  lives in Toronto and is still active in film and television.
