Greetings all,
From 11-19 May the Canadian Exhibit for the Prague Quadrennial will be
on display in the Studio Theatre Foyer of the National Arts Centre. The
exhibit then goes to Prague for the Quadrennial 14-24 June, 2007.
The theme for the exhibit is Imprints of process -- providing a glimpse
of work in the studio and individual process of design. This exhibition
looks at how designers invite one to see and the very design of the
displays allows each spectator to encounter the act of looking at these
acts of creations.

The artists representing Canada in Prague are Raymond-Marius Boucher,
Linda Brunelle, Anick La Bissonnière, Anne-Séguin Poirier, Robert
Shannon, Eo Sharp, Jerrard and Diana Smith, and Nancy Tobin.

Representing theatre architecture are architects Jack Diamond (Diamond +
Schmitt Architects), and Jacques Plante (Jacques Plante Architect).

T\The presence of /Mascarillons /(http://www.mascarillons.org/)
<http://www.mascarillons.org/%29>, an innovative technological and
artistic project headed by Nicolas Reeves, will heighten the
international visibility of Canadian creativity and technical expertise.

The exhibit is curated by Véronique Borboën, from the Université du
Québec à Montréal, and Natalie Rewa, from Queen's University; Anne-Marie
Matteau is the designer of the professional, architectural and schools
displays.
