The American  Society of Clinical Pathology has released 
Volume 3, Issue 3, July 2010 
 issue of the ASCP magazine Critical Values 
featuring The International Journal of the Creative Arts in 
Interdisciplinary
Practice IJCAIP  and the research text 
 "Creative Arts in Interdisciplinary Practice, Inquiries for Hope 
and Change"
editor, Cheryl McLean, Associate editor, Robert Kelly, 
publisher  Detselig/Temeron Press, Calgary.  
 
The article features illustrative examples reporting on how the creative arts in research, performance and story can offer 
hope for change for healthcare professionals.  Several 
of the book's contributors are featured in the article.  Drama and performance in research and practice  is prominently featured in the text.
