searching for three-hander

Hello
I'm looking for a one-act (60-minute +/-) three-hander for an intensive acting exercise next fall. I have a couple of ideas, but thought I'd poll folks to see what you've had success with. The students are senior acting students and looking for a challenging text. Any recommendations?
