Good on you, Catherine!! I have done the same thing. The last-minute
cancellation by the host universities of the Bonfire of the Humanities
project is blatant censorship in my opinion.

I received this survey this morning and took the opportunity to express my
concern about the cancellation by the host universities of the "Bonfire of
the Humanities" performance project.  I said that the chill on public speech
this created made me feel unwelcome.  I hope others who share this concern
will send similar messages via their responses to the survey.
