Hello fellow CanDram list servers!
My name is Megan Davies, I am a PhD Student (Year 1) at York University in
Theatre and Performance Studies. I am emailing to inquire about an essay I
am currently working on about a set of performances by Tunooniq Theatre at
the Bread n' Butter Festival in Guelph (1989) and at the Upfront '91
Festival in Toronto for an upcoming publication.

I'm wondering if anyone has any contact information for members of the
company, or lesser-known sources for Tunooniq Theatre in general? This
would be extremely helpful. I've been looking through the Toronto Star and
Guelph Mercury, CTR, TRiC etc and have found some writing about them
(reviews, advertisements, artist statements and published interviews, one
or two essays), but not much about the details of their performances of
Changes or In Search for a Friend (the published scripts are very short and
stage directions are minimal if indicated at all). Additionally, if anyone
on this list was present for these performances or festivals, or have seen
them perform these productions more generally (at Expo 86 in Vancouver
where they premiered these works or at the NAC in Ottawa or Arctic Song
Festival at Cambridge in the 90s) and would like to contribute your
experiences to my essay in some way, it would be greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately, I was not able to attend these performances as I was not
born yet or still a toddler (lol).
If you have any feedback for me or know of individuals I should get in
contact with (which would be so wonderful and appreciated), please email me
at "megs88 at yorku.ca" or "meg.l.davies at gmail.com".
Best regards for a great summer,
