Music on Stage
The seventh bi-annual international, interdisciplinary conference at
Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance, Sidcup, Kent (UK).
October 20th and 21st, 2018
CALL FOR PAPERS
Papers are invited on all aspects opera, the musical, instrumental music and performance practice.
This year we are also hosting a dedicated stream for Opera for Children with guest speakers from ROH Youth Opera, ENO Opera Squad, Glyndebourne Youth Opera, Shaw Farm Opera, and the composers John Webb and Lewis Murphy.
Papers of 20 minutes duration and abstracts of 250 words with 200 word biography should be sent to Dr F Jane Schopf at Fiona.schopf at bruford.ac.uk<mailto:Fiona.schopf at bruford.ac.uk> or Rose Bruford College, Burnt Oak Lane, Sidcup, Kent DA15 9DF, England
By May 15th
Ignite presentations on work in progress welcome.
Round Table presentations welcome.
The conference series has a proven track record of paper publication.
