Hello!

It's not too late to register and join the University of Saskatchewan Department of Drama for a discussion with Ravi Jain and Miriam Fernandez of Why Not Theatre as part of the Fine Arts Research Lecture Series in Drama!

Ravi Jain and Miriam Fernandez are award winning co-artistic directors of Why Not Theatre based in Toronto. They have cultivated an international reputation as theatre makers, artists and collaborators whose work stems from the value of lifting up and prioritizing the voices of the under-represented. This FARLS Talk will be in discussion with Miriam and Ravi about how they conceive of the projects that they undertake, and how the values they hold as an organization and as individuals influence their processes of creation. Part of the discussion will center around their film What You Won't Do For Love. If you would like to view the film before this online event, you can do so here: https://doforlove.whynot.theatre/educationstreaming Password: WN22ES

This event will take place tomorrow - Tuesday, February 15 at 2:00 pm CST, [noon PST, 1:00 MST, 3:00 EST 4:00 ASD, 4:30 NST) via Zoom. The event is free and open to the public so feel free to share!
