McCord Museum is celebrating the 50th anniversary season of Montreal’s Théâtre
du Nouveau Monde (TNM) with a collaborative exhibition that will delight history
and theatre buffs alike. Featuring an innovative exhibition design by well-known
set-designer Danièle Lévesque, <I style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal"><SPAN
style="FONT-STYLE: italic">Molière in the New World </SPAN></I>delves into the
world of the theatre, and highlights the importance of this 17th-century
playwright’s works throughout the TNM’s half-century of history. Visitors to the
exhibition will discover classic characters such as <I
