Itineraries. Postcolonial Hybridizations of Dramatic Realism</I> (Brussels:
P.I.E.-Peter Lang, 2003, ISBN: 90-5201-178-8, 250 pp.). This book analyzes the
myriad ways in which various English Canadian, Australian and New Zealand
playwrights have dramatized Europe’s ethnic or First Nations “Other” in its
multiple guises.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>The work explores
the new realist aesthetic developed by such prominent Canadian playwrights as
Judith Thompson, George Walker, Guillermo Verdecchia, George Seremba, Djanet
