<DIV></DIV>>Job Summary
<DIV></DIV>>Under the authority of the Principal Investigator and Team Leader of the
<DIV></DIV>>Canadian Century Research Infrastructure Project (CCRI), you will
<DIV></DIV>>coordinate the CCRI project. This is a five-year initiative focussed on
<DIV></DIV>>historic censuses and involving seven research centres across Canada, as
<DIV></DIV>>well as partnerships with Statistics Canada, the Library and Archives of
<DIV></DIV>>Canada, IBM and other agencies.
<DIV></DIV>>
<DIV></DIV>>Qualifications
<DIV></DIV>>You have a Master's or Doctorate degree in the Social
<DIV></DIV>>Sciences or Humanities, preferably with a research focus on Canada, and
<DIV></DIV>>have acquired solid experience in managing multidisciplinary projects,
<DIV></DIV>>including budget administration. You have well-developed computer skills,
<DIV></DIV>>as well as strong organizational abilities, a self-initiating work ethic,
<DIV></DIV>>flexibility and effective communication and interpersonal skills. You are
<DIV></DIV>>bilingual and able to exercise initiative and work both independently and
<DIV></DIV>>as a leader in a team environment.
