OEDIPUS is part of a seven play theatrical cycle called THE CITY OF WINE, telling the story of Thebes, which includes the companion plays JOCASTA and CREON, both of which were commissioned by Nightswimming. The workshop reading of OEDIPUS follows a similar presentation of JOCASTA by the Stratford Festival a year ago.<BR>
