This position is subject to final budgetary approval.<br>

</font><font face="Arial">The School of Dramatic Art at the University of Windsor is one of the oldest and best established theatre and dramatic art programs in the country. Our graduates have made a mark on both the world stage and in film, and in education. Currently, the School of Dramatic Art offers honours degree programs in Acting, Drama in Education and Community, and Dramatic Art, and a wide ranging subscription season of plays through University Players that serve the community. </font><font face="Arial">The incumbent’s responsibilities will include teaching Acting at all levels and Developmental Improvisation in our Honours BA in Drama in Education and Community and Honours BA in Dramatic Art programmes, and/or additional courses in an area of the candidate’s expertise, such as Directing or theatre survey courses. The minimum qualifications are an MA or MFA in Theatre with significant theatre experience or, in exceptional cases, demonstrated professional experience in acting and/or directing. A background in teaching Acting to students who wish to teach at the secondary school level is desirable. University teaching experience is essential. <br>

<p><font face="Symbol">· </font><font face="Arial">samples of </font><font face="Times New Roman">creative/scholarly activity</font><font face="Arial">; </font>
<p><font face="Symbol">· </font><font face="Arial">graduate transcripts, if a recent PhD; and </font>
<p><font face="Symbol">· </font><font face="Arial">three current letters of reference forwarded by the referees.</font></ul>
