anniversary this year. Anniversaries are occasions for celebrating the
achievements of the past, but they also provide an opportunity for looking to

process of developing a strategic plan for 2008-2011, to guide the orientation
of the Council’s programs and priorities over the three-year period. We are
inviting you to participate in this process, by giving us your thoughts on where
the Council should be going in the short- and
