<P style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt">Part of the Faculty of Media, Humanities & 

Technology, the Lincoln School of Performing Arts is shortly to separate from 

the Lincoln School of Humanities due to a growth in student numbers. Located 

within a bespoke Ł6m Performing Arts Centre (LPAC) the School runs a range of 

drama and dance programmes, and is developing and launching a range of 

complementary post-graduate programmes. The role provides the opportunity for 

the post-holder to drive forward an ambitious agenda ranging from scholarly 

activity (recognised as being of international significance in RAE 2008), 

through engagement with the performing arts industry including staff 

productivity and professional performances. The post-holder will be responsible 

for managing a team of dedicated academic staff, supported by a resource team 

and an extensive technical infrastructure, to ensure the delivery high-quality 

graduate and post-graduate education whilst maximising opportunities to expand 

growth in research, consultancy, commercial and industrial
