<p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman"><i style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal">The Philadelphia Theatre Research Symposium</i> is seeking abstracts for papers for our fifth annual gathering of theatre scholars. This year's PTRS seeks to highlight the work of new scholars in the area of, but not limited to, solo, ethnographic and autoethnographic performance, with a special emphasis on the work of Anna Deavere Smith. This symposium offers the opportunity to present work in progress and to share ideas with other researchers. We are seeking papers that engage a broad range of topics in theatre and drama studies including, but not limited to, performance analysis, gender, politics, and cultural theory.</font></font></p>
