<font size="1" face="sans-serif"><b>24-456-30 Directed Studies in Performance </b></font><font size="1" face="sans-serif"><b><i>- Emma </i></b></font>
<ul style="padding-left: 72pt"><font size="1" face="sans-serif">The emphasis in this course will be the production of </font><font size="1" face="sans-serif"><i>Emma, </i></font><font size="1" face="sans-serif">by Jane Austen, adapted by Michael Bloom, on University Players' main stage, Essex Hall Theatre. Students will research, develop, and execute a role in the performance situation under the supervision of a faculty advisor-director. (November 29-December 3, 2011 and January 3-February 12, 2012).</font></ul>
