<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 10pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="mso-ansi-language: EN-CA" lang=EN-CA><FONT size=3><FONT face=Calibri>On February 7, 2012 all current/active members of CATR/ACRT (those who have renewed using the new online system from November 2011to early February 2012) will be sent an email containing the link to the ballot.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Members will then have approximately one month to make their selections and on March 9, 2012 the election will automatically close. The election system has been configured in such a way that email addresses cannot be traced so voter anonymity will be maintained.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p><o:p></o:p></FONT></FONT></SPAN></P>
<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 10pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="mso-ansi-language: EN-CA" lang=EN-CA><FONT size=3><FONT face=Calibri>Members who renew between February 7, 2012 and March 07, 2012 will also be sent an email containing the link to the ballot.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN><U>Please allow up to a week from the time you renew online until the time that you receive your electronic invitation to vote</U>.<o:p></o:p></FONT></FONT></SPAN></P>
<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 10pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="mso-ansi-language: EN-CA" lang=EN-CA><FONT size=3><FONT face=Calibri>As was the case last year, there will be no paper ballots being mailed this year and so in order to ensure that you are eligible to vote in the upcoming election it is imperative that (if you haven’t already done so) you renew your membership quickly.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN></FONT></FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="mso-ansi-language: EN-CA" lang=EN-CA><FONT size=3 face=Calibri>Your membership can easily and quickly be renewed by going to </FONT><A href="http://www.catr-acrt.ca/"><FONT size=3 face=Calibri>http://www.catr-acrt.ca/</FONT></A><FONT size=3><FONT face=Calibri> and clicking on the “become a member today” button.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>After that you will be taken to a log in page and after entering your username and password just follow the prompts and the process should take just a couple of minutes.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN><o:p></o:p></FONT></FONT></SPAN></P>
