Royal University cuts ALL of its performing arts programs at once. I have just been informed that MRU administration have decided to cancel (suspend intake) into the Theatre Arts Performance, Theatre Arts Technical and Music Performance Diploma programs, effectively
removing all credit fine and performing arts at MRU. It was suggested to us today that Albertans and specifically the Alberta Provincial Government does not care about performing arts and therefore these cuts are in line with the government and the public's
priorities.
