      <pre>HI Stephen—
In case you missed it, students in "05.866.522 Graduate Seminar American Studies (Master) II - Politics and Performance: English-speaking Women’s Theatre at the Turn of the Twentieth Century"  at the Johannes Gutenberg Universitat in Mainz read Macbeth’s "A Demonstration in Scientific Salesmanship”.
See: (<a moz-do-not-send="true" class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://jogustine.uni-mainz.de/scripts/mgrqispi.dll?APPNAME=CampusNet&PRGNAME=COURSEDETAILS&ARGUMENTS=-N000000000000002,-N000775,-N0,-N349616557141145,-N349616557122146,-N0,-N0,-N0">https://jogustine.uni-mainz.de/scripts/mgrqispi.dll?APPNAME=CampusNet&PRGNAME=COURSEDETAILS&ARGUMENTS=-N000000000000002,-N000775,-N0,-N349616557141145,-N349616557122146,-N0,-N0,-N0</a>)

While the instructor, Kim Byrd, had a photocopy of the play on reserve there, she is no longer at Gutenberg.  There is, however, a Kym Byrd teaching Drama at the University of York. As she is also compiling an anthology of early Canadian women plays, I suspect it is the same person.  Perhaps she can provide a copy.

If you bump into my old friend and neighbor, Ellen Gainor, please say hello for me.
Best of luck in your research!
—Paul
