a specialization in Management Consulting. I am not being paid to conduct this research, it is part of an academic requirement. I am grateful to Gideon Arthurs, CEO of the National Theatre School who agreed to act as my client, as required by the program.</font></div>

across provinces, organization sizes, and artistic disciplines.</span></div>
