<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The Online Features Editor is responsible for creating, editing, and posting regular online content for
<i>Canadian Theatre Review</i> on its blog, as well as on social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook. The focus of this content is to establish and promote connections between current theatre and performance events and news in Canada and the published
work about and by those artists and scholars in recent issues of <i>CTR</i>. <o:p>
</o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The Online Features Editor will be a part of the Editorial team and will report to the Editor-in-Chief and will have regular contact and support from editorial, marketing, and distribution staff at University of Toronto Press, Journals
Division. The Online Features Editor will be expected to communicate with issue editors about featured authors and performances in upcoming issues and will create online activity in ways that complement issue content. It is expected that posts will be published
every two weeks on average. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter, with strong writing and editing skills, and a fluent user of social media and internet technologies. This person will also be highly conversant with the field of Canadian drama,
theatre and performance both from a scholarly and practical point of view. <o:p>
</o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><i>CTR</i> welcomes applications from all qualified applicants. This position is not geographically-limited, nor is it limited to people already associated with academic institutions. We welcome applications from arts and culture writers
from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The position is supported by an honorarium of $1000/year. The position is for one year with the possibility of renewal. The successful candidate would start in March 2018.
