Program (WTP) is an innovative new certificate program launched in September, 2015, designed to strengthen the department’s interdisciplinary connections with other University units engaged in Indigenous educational, cultural, artistic outreach; to enhance
its already-strong community and professional partnerships; and to enrich department programming on all levels.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial" class="">The University of Saskatchewan, situated on Treaty 6 Territory and the Homeland of the Métis, has committed to becoming an “outstanding institution of research, learning, knowledge-keeping, reconciliation,

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial" class="">The College of Arts and Science is the University’s largest college and home to more than 60 academic programs. We have had a department of Indigenous Studies since 1982 and have strong Aboriginal
programs and high-achieving Aboriginal scholars in many of our departments. We are also home to more than 9,000 students, with over 1,000 Aboriginal students.</span></p>

Administrative experience will be essential, including successful establishment of Indigenous theatrical initiatives, knowledge of funding agencies and opportunities, and a track record of liaison roles with First Nations communities. The candidate should
be well-versed <span style="letter-spacing:-.25pt" class="">in the area of Indigenous/First Nations/First Peoples theatre, performance, production, and related studies,</span> and one or more of the following: acting, directing, playwriting, design, technical
theatre, and/or scholarly research and publication. Preference will be given to </span>
