<b>Sunday June 12<sup>th</sup> at 8:45 MT (10:45 ET) </b>to see our keynote speaker,<b> Tara Beagan</b>. Tara Beagan is proud to be Ntlaka’pamux and, through her late father’s side, of Irish ancestry. She is cofounder/director of ARTICLE 11 with Andy Moro,
based in Mohkinstsis. Beagan served as Artistic Director of Native Earth Performing Arts from February 2011 to December 2013. Seven of her 32 plays are published. Two plays have received Dora Award nominations (one win). Beagan was the 2020 laureate of the
Siminovitch Prize for theatre, playwriting. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<b>What Future Exists for the Prairie Theatre Sector?</b> and <b>Forging Right Relations between Indigenous People of Turtle Island and Ireland</b>. Lunch sessions include book launches by Talonbooks and Playwrights Canada Press, featuring readings by the authors
of <i>Interdependent Magic: Disability Performance in Canada</i>, and <i>Voices of a Generation: Three Millennial Plays</i>. Those attending in person can attend a tour of current exhibitions at the
