Do we want to do this at this early stage? I'm concerned that not all nominees would be willing to invest their efforts
<i>at this very early stage </i>in a statement that essentially needs to help them sell themselves to us if they want to be shortlisted for interview. My experience is that potential candidates need to be wooed, not encouraged to sell themselves (at least,
