[Hopespringpcsg] FW: PSA testing petition to have OHIP cover this cost

Hi all:
Early in the month a couple of our Steering Group members who had robotic
assisted prostatectomies were part of an advocacy gathering at Queen's Park
& met with several  MPP's. One of the MPP's is introducing a private
member's bill to  have OHIP cover PSA testing B 4 a man is diagnosed with
Prostate Cancer.
Attached is a newspaper article about the MPP & the petition.
Also attached is a copy of our "rack card" showing some stats wrt PCa.
There is a hard copy of the petition that you can sign & circulate as well
as a link to the on-line form of the petition. Please share it with members
of your network.
Please bring any hard copies of the petition to  the January Support Group
Meeting or scan & send to  Ken Steele who is copied on this note.
Now is your chance to step up & advocate for PSA testing.
