<p class="x_MsoNormal">I would like to take this
opportunity to highlight two upcoming
<u>free virtual programs</u> for those in our
communities living with, or at risk of developing, a
chronic condition:</p>

Disease
</span></b></li>
</ol>
<p class="x_MsoListParagraph">This is a free small group
workshop that meets virtually once per week for 6
weeks. This workshop is appropriate for anyone who
lives with a chronic condition or those who are at
risk of developing a chronic condition (ex. those with
pre-diabetes). Participants learn techniques to manage
the symptoms of chronic conditions, such as fatigue,
pain, sleeplessness, shortness of breath, stress, and
emotional challenges such as depression, anger, fear,
and frustration.
<b>Please note that</b> t<b>his workshop does not
conflict with existing programs or treatment.
Treatment is not altered. For all medical questions,
participants are referred to their physicians or
other health professionals on their health care

replacement for formal diabetes education. This
