The Faculty Committee on Student Appeals (FCSA) is seeking full-time faculty members from all disciplines and ranks to serve as part of the FCSA tribunal pool retroactive to
<b>September 1, 2026, until August 31, 2028. </b></div>

FCSA tribunals review student appeals related to disciplinary decisions and grievances, as outlined in Policy 70 (Student Petitions and Grievances) and Policy 71 (Student Discipline). The process follows the guidelines in Policy 72 (Student Appeals).</div>

<b>What to Expect:</b></div>

<div role="presentation">Virtual meetings: Tribunals are held on MS Teams, lasting 30 to 90 minutes depending on the number and complexity of appeal cases (typically 1–2 cases per tribunal). </div>
</li><li style="font-family: Aptos, Aptos_EmbeddedFont, Aptos_MSFontService, Calibri, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">
<div role="presentation">Time commitment for tribunal representatives is minimal as the FCSA tries to avoid asking faculty to serve on more than one tribunal per term. Faculty representatives appointed to a tribunal will be asked to review all case documents
 prior to the meeting, usually made available one week ahead of the meeting date. </div>
