For the Winter TA hiring process, we are asking all SSPHR grad students if they prefer to have a remote TAship. We are emphasizing that the default is in-person, and we are also saying that "Although it may not be possible for everyone who wants a remote TAship
 to get one, we want to take your preferences into account and do our best."</div>
