If we thought the summer was busy, the term has brought its fair share of curveballs and surprises – from implementing new organizational structures to working through the details of new collective agreements. The first year of any new structure or role is
the toughest, and we're all navigating this together. I've held enough administrative roles to know that, eventually, the new processes and work habits come together and things do get easier.</div>
