[Acocoops] Summary to date - help desk service/support categories

Hi all,

Bill has asked for your feedback from your experiences and the data (below) what are the service requests that come to the help desks and how would you categorize them.

Plan to put together a few slides including data for a brief 5-min talk during Thursday, December 14 session.
