[Acocoops] Mid Term Evaluations

Hello Co-Ops,

On Monday we will be doing a mid-term evaluation.

As part of this, I would like you to do a self evaluation on how you think you are doing thus far in the term and also reflect on a list of 3 areas of strengths and 3 areas for development. I will also prepare an evaluation on how I think your doing so far and we can compare and work on bridging any gaps or development that is needed.

If you could have this emailed to me by end of day on Friday so that I can review and go over with you on Monday during our 1 on 1.
