Hello Elizabeth,

Seems fine, no access code, the room should be open. I may request one of our team meet you and group on first day (next week), to see if we need to do anything.

I've added our ACO Coop list so more people can track and support any issues that arise.

Would be nice to know ages or at least grades for the Voyager, Curiosity, & Discovery groups.

All the best, Bill

Hi Nevil and Bill,

Thank you for the class schedule of PAS 1237. I have made a tentative schedule based on that schedule and sent it to our staff to make a sure timing works within their camp's schedule. I will send you a finalized schedule by tomorrow so you can pass that along to others around PAS 1237 to prepare them! Ieally, we will start using the computer lab next week onwards.

Thank you!

PAS 1237 schedule is the following until July 31.

There are no scheduled times in August at this point.

Thanks,

Nevil

Hi Bill,

That all sounds good! My team will be moving the chairs from ML 113 into ML 110 for now, and bringing in our own chairs.

Thanks so much for your continued support!

Hello,

You can move the chairs to ML 110 area for now, and bring in your own chairs, would seem to be the best path forward.

I've CC-ed Jameson our primary co-op lead to know we may have to shift chairs around in ML 110 & hopefully into ML 109 (will need professor approval).

I've added Nevil to share the schedule of PAS 1237 and end date of usage. When you find times that work, best drop us a note so we can prepare others around that area and using the lab (before and after your desired time slot(s)).

To use the chairs from ML 109 would need to check with professor but she is still in Germany ...

Best to arrange with IST for additional userids for the campers, given they have provided 15 so far.

Make sense?

HI Bill,

Wow! That is amazing! We would love to use the computer lab. Do we need key or code access? Also, will we need to sponsor watiam accounts? I have made 15 so far for our other computer lab, but I am happy to request more with IST helpdesk.

Also, Braydon and Olivia have some concern over the chairs in ML 113 as the grade 2-3 campers keep falling off them and some are getting injured. We do have our own chairs we can swap out with, however I thought I would ask you first if we can instead use the chairs from ML109.

Let me know!

Thanks for the updates.

And if needed we have a computer room (40 computers) you double book for rain days or for a change. It’s PAS 1237 and would be cool as well.

Schedule is online but wouldn’t have classes in August.

Cheers, Bill

Hi Bill,

Thanks for checking in. Olivia, the University leader, said it's been good!

We will let you know if this changes though! The room has been perfect so far!

Hello Elizabeth,

Was talking to ESQ staff in ML 113 last week and they were wondering about the room temperature.

Wanted to be sure if not cool enough, we could investigate.

All the best, Bill
