In support of InTune Project action item #2 below.

Tomorrow, I would like us to please each take one of the new MS surface on the project table and extract its hardware hash in preparation of enrolling it into InTune. Should be less than 30 mins to complete.

Procedure is straight-forward for net new: Manually register devices with Windows Autopilot | Microsoft Learn<https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/autopilot/add-devices>

To track completeness, let’s upload results to CALMS.

Any issues or adjustments let’s note them as will use the above as a starting point in creating Confluence documentation.

Please review attached Status report. I am highlighting some points that were discussed


  1.  when the team attempted to test the Autopilot enrollment process with two devices, but they faced an error message saying that their accounts were not allowed to join the devices to Azure AD. This lack of permission issue was escalated to John. Once this is resolved testing will resume and Nevil will advise team availability.

  1.  UOW will have more devices ready for testing

  1.  The UOW team will have to validate certain permissions to integrate Defender for Endpoint with Intune.
