Consolidate 25 (Philips 279P1  27" 4K UHD WLED LCD USB-C Monitor) hub monitors into Arts Server Room for quick deployment later in the term.

update those 25 hub monitors so others know we want them for ML 113?

Could we change the ROLE to "Lab Computers"? That role was created for laptops and hub-monitors for Fine Arts. I've changed one (hopefully in the 25 reserved).
